Stage 1:

In this stage, we look after all the necessary nuts and bolts, working with local council on planning approvals and obtaining required permits. We produce structural drawings and map out engineering documentation, outlining necessities like drainage, energy ratings and soil analysis.

While we’re waiting for the plans to move through council successfully, we can get busy sourcing innovative materials and hosting a hands-on workshop, so you can see, touch and envision all the trappings of your soon-to-be-realised project.

Stage 3:
Costing &

Costing is a fundamentally important stage of every project and one that we take seriously. From the big vision to the finest of details, our expert team will be with you at every step of this journey.

Whether we’ve worked together to finalise detailed drawings and specifications, or you’re looking for a builder to collaborate with your preferred architect, designer or engineer, we’ll prepare and present a formal cost estimate that’s as accurate as possible. We strive for maximum confidence and zero surprises. To achieve this, we hold meetings with our trusted suppliers and trade partners to finalise their quotations at a price that is best for your return on investment.

We can also organise all the necessary finance administration for your project. We discuss all these inner workings with you and answer your questions so you can have complete peace of mind.

Stage 4:
Construction &

After we’ve squared away the contract, insurance and chosen a commencement date – it’s time to build. By engaging our in-house team of builders, and only collaborating with trusted architects, trades and suppliers that align with our impeccable standards, we provide a seamless experience — from pre-acquisition to a stunning finished product at the end.

We’re driven by honesty and integrity, so we’ll invite you for frequent walk-throughs and keep you informed of progress during each new phase. From here, we engage trusted collaborators to produce marketing assets and launch a campaign, so we can hit the sales ground running — even before the paint is dry.
